Whistleblowing Channel

Law 93/2021 established the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law into the national legal order.

According to this legislation, all legal persons with 50 or more employees are obliged to implement internal whistleblowing channels, which can be shared between entities within the same business group, as long as confidentiality and proper handling of the complaints received are guaranteed.

Through this channel you can report irregular situations, legal offences or violations of the Sotecnisol Group's internal policies in a secure and confidential manner. Complaints can be made by employees, service providers, suppliers, partners or anyone with a professional relationship with the group.

The whistleblower benefits from legal protection whenever they act in good faith, with serious grounds for believing that the information reported is true and would not otherwise be known.

On this channel you can:

  • Make a new report securely and confidentially;

  • Monitor the status of a complaint already submitted here;

  • Add relevant information to your complaint.

For more information on the applicable procedures, see the tab Whistleblowing policy.
